SERVICE AGREEMENT/CANCELLATION POLICY How Do Services Work? Call or go online to request any service within your membership amenities for a date and time available. Once booking is completed you will receive a confirmation notice via email and/or text message confirming the details of your service request. The initial credit hours will then be deducted from your membership balance. All membership service request are billed at (1) credit hour per request made and (1) additional credit hour for each extra hour until your request is complete/fullfilled, rounded to the nearest hour and automatically deducted from your balance at the conclusion of your project request. It’s That Easy! You may choose to make repair request yourself soley or to allow tenants or others such as your property manger to make repair request. All service request installation or repair materials are required to be onsite at the time of request fulfillment. ("You") The client are responsible for your own materials & cost. (Unless you have otherwise expressly requested). If you request materials can be provided for your project by TDRC at retail cost plus a 20% - 30% markup for retrieval of your material (markup cost depends on difficulty to retrieve and transport your material). If you request TDRC to supply and/or retrieve the material for your project service request, please be advised you will receive an invoice detailing materials and cost used in each handyman maintenance service request across all properties. That invoice is payable due upon reciept of completion of that service request and or by end of that business day. (unless you request otherwise and have been approved for a TDRC Net.30 Account) NO EXCEPTIONS. ServPro memberships are billed once a month plus aplicable taxes on the start date you selected. There are no contracts, no long-term commitments, and you can cancel at anytime. (SERVICE CREDIT HOURS DO NO ROLL OVER) (AFTER HOURS OR EMERGENCY REQUEST COST 3X CREDITS) You may resubscribe to BRONZE and GOLD membership yoursel at any time. However if you cancel and choose to resubscribe at any point you will be subject to re-activation fees (If you cancel PREMIUM service you must call to have service reactivated. [FREE TRIALS: Please know there is a maximum of 3 service credit hours per FREE TRIAL that will be allocated to any account during a FREE TRIAL and they can ONLY be used by the accont holder and ONLY during that FREE TRIAL period, and only to the full extent of that package and its amenities].
